Expressions of Interest from Building Contractors Invited: Tenders are to be called for the alterations and additions to the Lady Barron Hall, Flinders Island, located at 10 Main Street, Lady Barron.
The building works are anticipated to commence in March 2016 and are to be completed by August 2016.
cmk architects are seeking registrations of interest from suitable building contractors for the construction of these facilities and associated site works.
Contractors are required to demonstrate previous commercial project capability for projects $350,000.00 - $500,000.00 with their return EOI and any relevant building experience on Flinders Island or other remote locations.
It is anticipated that tenders will be called for this project late February 2016 and the tender period will be three (3) weeks.
