Title: Repairs and Maintenance to Porte Cochere, Awnings and Roof at Queensland Performing Arts Centre (QPAC)

⁠⁠⁠Arts Queensland - Arts Properties and Facilities - has a requirement for a suitably qualified contractor to undertake works for the Provision of Repairs and Maintenance to Porte Cochere, Awnings and Roof at Queensland Performing Arts Centre (QPAC)

The works covered in the Central Energy Plant (CEP) - Electrical & Thermal Metering Strategy is for the replacement of the existing electrical and thermal metering and install additional metering at QPAC / Playhouse / Queensland Museum / Queensland Art Gallery / Central Energy Plant / Carparks / Embankment / Edge / State Library of Queensland and the Gallery of Modern Art.

Mandatory Requirements:

* Only Companies who attend the Mandatory Industry Briefing will be eligible to submit an offer
* Full Compliance with the Techincal Specification
* Must hold a PQC Level 3 Rating or higher

Mandatory Industry Briefing (MIB): A Mandatory Industry Briefing (MIB) will take place at 10:00am on Tuesday, 09 February 2016 at the Arts Queensland Arts Property & Facilities Meeting Room Level 1 State Library of Queensland which will be followed by a work site inspection.

Tenderers are to be ready outside the meeting room preferably at 9:50am and no later than 10:00am ready for briefing commencement. Those who fail to attend by 10:00 may have entry rejected. This is to ensure briefing is conducted on time and to be fair to all Tenderers. No late attendees will be admitted.

Tenderers who do not attend this MIB will not be eligible to submit a Tender.

Important registration information: We request interested suppliers read the tender documents thoroughly prior to registering for the briefing and site inspections to ensure they:

* Have the required capacity and capability to appropriately resource the complex requirements of this tender; and
* Can comply with the briefing/site inspection requirements which is limited to two (2) representatives only at any one time during the scheduled activities, one (1) of which must be from the offering entity at all times.

We request that any entity wishing to attend, ensure they register their details promptly via the method indicated in Section 2.3.2.5 of the Additional Provisions Section 2.
