The City of Greater Bendigo is selling a post-war triangular-shaped building designed by Eggleston, McDonald and Secomb, from the acclaimed 'Melbourne School' of architecture.

The former childcare centre is characterised by an expressed steel portal frame and features an internal triangular-shaped light box. The 1957 design allowed for the building to originally sit over Bendigo Creek. Ideally, the building will be removed by June 2016, with all associated costs to be met by the purchaser.
