Tender Description
To supply the Lighting, Sound, Audio Visual and Staging requirements of a prestigious 5-Star fine dining event for between 550-750 guests. Guests will commence networking during the Pre-Dinner Drinks event; they will then be invited to enter the Grand Arena Complex with the 'Night under the Stars' theme. The Head Lighting and Sound Manager will liaise directly with Bundaberg Fruit and Vegetable Growers (BFVG) on requirements and sound level and assist the Decorations Manager in achieving the overall Theme. Emphasis will also be placed on highlighting the Themed displays including tractors and machinery. The Grand Arena Complex has approximately 4000m2 coverage with 3-phase power available and Sound and Lighting must cover the entire area.
Assessment Criteria
The Lighting, Sound, Audio Visual and Staging tender shall include, but is not limited to:
Provide Lighting, Sound, Audio Visual and Staging requirements for a prestigious Event
* Liaise with the Decorating Manager to achieve the overall Themeat the Venue
* Orchestra Staging for a (40) piece Orchestra in the Pre-Dinner Networking Event
* Potential separate stage / walkway for the Main Entertainment
* Must be available for a Site Visit
* Suitable licensing and Insurance to provide these services
* Main stage with lighting and sound for Band
Site Visit
To assist in your Quoting process we have arranged for a site visit to the Venue Wednesday 10th February, 2016. BFVG will advise available viewing times once an expression of interest is received.
Important Dates
This EOI opens Saturday 23/01/2016 and closes 10:00am Monday 08/02/2016.
Tenders need to be received by COB 29/02/2016. Successful tenders will be advised by Monday 07/03/2016.
