Cairns Regional Council invites submissions from suitably qualified and experienced suppliers for Preferred Supplier Arrangement 2548 Landscape Maintenance Argentea Development. Council reserves the right to change the tender specifications prior to making a decision on the tenders submitted in response to this invitation. The Council will invite all Tenderers to change their tenders to take account of any alterations that may occur in the tender specifications.
Enquiries: Tender enquiries, questions or clarifications should be directed via the online forum. Cairns Regional Council officers are unable to respond to verbal enquiries in relation to the tender. The forum will close five (5) days prior to the tender closing time and date. Please ensure that all questions, information requests and clarifications are posted prior to this time.
Site Inspection: A pre-tender site inspection will take place on 4 February 2016, details of which will be advised on the forum.
We strongly recommend that you begin uploading your tender submission files at least two (2) hours BEFORE tender closing.
Closing Time and Date: The tender closes at 4.30 pm on Tuesday 16 February 2016. Submissions must be fully received by this time. Late, verbal or emailed tenders will not be accepted.
Submissions will not be opened publicly. The lowest or any tender not necessarily accepted.
