Wyndham City Council (the "Council") intends to conduct an Expression of Interest process for the provision of Principal Consultancy Services to develop a Master Plan for the Council owned 113 hectare parcel of land at 1160 Sayers Road, Tarneit which includes the Riverdale Major Town Centre.

Council hereby invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from suitably qualified and experienced consultants or consortiums of consultants that wish to be short-listed to tender for the Principal Consultancy Services for the development and provision of a Master Plan for the above listed site.

All technical enquiries relating to the works or services should be directed through the TenderLink Forum associated with this tender.

All submissions must be electronically submitted through the TenderLink website no later than 12.00 noon Wednesday 17 February 2016.

Late, emailed and facsimiled tenders will not be accepted. The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
