The Salvation Army Australia Southern Territory (TSA) is seeking information on the capability of vendors to meet key requirements in one or more of the following domains:
Human Resources Functional Capability:
* Core People Data Management
* Organisation (Establishment Management, Structure)
* Payroll
* Time and Labour Management (including rostering)
* Learning and Development
* Benefit Administration
* OHS/Workers Compensation
* Recruitment and Termination
* Talent Management (including Succession Planning)
* Asset Assignment
* HR Document Management
* Reporting
* Other capability
Process Improvement:
* Change Management
* Application Integration
* Integration across our current and future databases and/or application systems
TSA will use the information gathered in the RFI as an input to its HR Information Strategy. TSA will consider Vendors' responses when identifying recipients of future RFPs.
Responding to the RFI: Two documents are provided; the main RFI document and a Non-Disclosure Agreement. Read and respond to all appropriate sections of the RFI document. Return this via TenderLink, together with a completed Non-Disclosure Agreement.

Canvassing of any TSA employees, or officers involved in the RFI process, will disqualify respondents from the RFI process.
