Tender Description
14-2015 - Council has embarked on an energy efficiency upgrade of the existing Whyalla Health and Leisure Centre. The overall project has been funding between the state government and Council and, most recently, the Federal government. The overall project comprises of mechanical services and building works to the existing building and has been split into several contracts aligned to each relevant discipline.
This tender is for the building works component and comprises of general building works including, but not limited to: roof replacement, window glazing and frame replacement, alterations to existing roof drainage, painting, flooring and door replacement.
