Background
Programmed Facility Management on behalf of the Department of Education are seeking tenders from suitably experienced and qualified building organisation to carry out the minor upgrades and building repair works throughout various buildings at John Tonkin College.

Prerequisite
It is a prerequisite for the experienced qualified building organisation to have;
* Carried out refurbishment works of a complex nature in the last three (3) years
* Demonstrated experience in coordinating various nominated subcontractors

Additionally, it is a prerequisite for the tenderer to provide a detailed method of operation of how they intend to carry out the Works. And a detailed program of the Works outlining key milestones.
