Goulburn Mulwaree Council is looking to partner with a suitably qualified consultant for the provision of a Waste and Recycling Strategic Business Plan.
It is expected the Waste and Recycling Strategic Business Plan will include at a minimum:
* A 20 year waste needs forecast for waste collections and disposal (across all waste streams) for services provided by Goulburn Mulwaree Council.
* Analysis of options for waste disposal over the next 20 years and estimated capital and operational costs for each option.
* Analysis of options for waste collections over the next 20 years and estimated costs for each option.
* Recommendations for achievable short, medium and long term outcomes.
* Financial modelling to achieve the recommended short, medium and long term (20 year) recommendations. This must include the Domestic Waste Charge and tipping fees required to fund the recommendations.
