Tender Description
The ISBAR (Identify, Situation, Background, Assessment, Request communication tool) and the Emergency Decision Guidelines training session is designed for Residential Aged Care Facility educators or care managers who have responsibility for training other staff within their organisation, to provide the educators and care managers with a resource.
The training session includes:
* A brief recap on adult learning theory and change management
* A stepping through the ISBAR and EDG tools and training package
* Brainstorming on how to implement the tools in the facility
