Tender Description
The scope of Works generally comprises of the following components:
* Repair of concrete pier headstocks and piles;
* Repair of concrete abutment headstocks and piles;
* Strengthening and coating of structural steelwork of the northern pedestrian walkway;
* Repair and coating of structural steelwork of the southern pedestrian walkway;
* Coating of southern pedestrian walkway barriers (including retrofitted safety balustrades);
* Removal and replacement of northern pedestrian walkway timber deck members; and
* Reinstatement of abutment batter protection.
* Works include concrete, steel and timber repairs along with reinstatement of scoured abutment batter protection and installation of new structural pile encasements.
