TThe ‘Roads and Maritime Services’ ‘Wharf Maintenance Section’ is responsible for ‘the maintenance of maritime structures in Sydney Harbour and a small number throughout NSW.  This is undertaken through a number of ‘outsourced all inclusive wharf maintenance contracts’.

A pre-qualification process has been completed and successful contractors have been invited to tender for maintenance contracts. 

Pre-qualified tenderers are invited to submit tenders for the maintenance of the Maritime structures that will run for up to 5 year.  The maintenance contracts that will undergo a review at the end each year.
