Tender Description
Tenders are invited for the provision of air conditioning maintenance services for Hunter Water Corporation's Head Office Building, Tarro Pluming Station, Highfields Depot, Grahamstown Water Treatment Facility, North Lambton Depot and Chichester Dam Cottages, for a two (2) year period with a one (1) year extension option.
Planned Preventative Maintenance and Testing must be carried out in accordance with the relevant Australian Standard.
As a minimum maintenance will include regular servicing and maintenance of:
* Switchboards
* Motors, Pumps, Air Filters
* Fan Coil & Package Units
* Fans & Direct Equipment
* Automatic Controls
* Chillier & Cooling Tower
