Tender Description
Council intends to enter into a contract with a specialised contractor for the construction of a new Rural Fire Service Building on the corner of Twenty Seventh Avenue and Kirkpatrick Avenue West Hoxton in the Western Sydney Parklands. This is a joint venture between Liverpool City Council and the NSW Rural Fire Service (RFS).
The contract term for this tender is 18 months which will include a 12 month defects liability period. Construction is expected to take approximately 5 months with works commencing in January 2016.
