Tender Description

Vision Australia (VA) is a partnership between people who are blind, sighted or have low vision.

As a 'Not for Profit' organisation, Vision Australia relies on government funding, donations or sponsorships to provide funding for the provision of products and services.

Vision Australia currently engages in considerable marketing print throughout each year, to acquire donations from the public sector.

A key outcome of the Direct Marketing print expenditure is for our Direct Marketing Department to manage a single external Service Provider Contract.

This will also ensure best value for Vision Australia.

This strategy includes coordination of print activities, establishment of firm contract deliverables, metrics and performance based operational management.

Organisations are invited to submit a tender to provide the nominated services.

The objectives of the RFT are to:
* Procure quality products and services, deriving the benefits of a co-ordinated and streamlined
* approach to procurement of products and services.
* Increase value for money/efficiency/effectiveness.
* Ensure appropriate accountability.
* Ensure control of quality and compliance issues.
* Support improved VA corporate outcomes.
