Register of Pre-Qualified Suppliers for Accounting Services

⁠⁠⁠16029 - This pre-qualification process is seeking suppliers who can provide consistent, accurate and high quality professional accounting services.

A Strategic Priority in Council’s Corporate Plan is to maximise desired community outcomes in an affordable way, through efficient financial processes (including timely and accurate financial information) and collective management of our financial performance and position for the short, medium and longer term.

Suppliers must have the ability to meet tight deadlines and work with a number of Council staff from a variety of departments.  

It is Council’s intention to select a range of contractors to supply Accounting Services as required.

The term of the Register/Panel will be approximately 2 years which may include a re-tender in December 2016/January 2017 for additional businesses. Suppliers appointed in January 2016 will not need to re-tender in January 2017 - for those businesses, the term can be extended for a further 12 months subject to continued successful performance measurement outcomes.
