Cash Collection from On & Off Street Meters

⁠⁠⁠The City of Greater Geelong invites tenders from suitably experienced companies to undertake the Cash Collection from On & Off Street Meters within the Central Geelong Activity Area.
The key dates (estimated only in some cases) for the tender process and Contract are stated below as follows;
* Tender advertised 19 December 2015
* Tenders close 2pm, Thursday 28 January 2016
* Acceptance of tender Mid February 2016
* Commencement of Contract 1 March 2016
* Conclusion of Contract 28 February 2017 with options to extend the contract by 12 months x 12 months at the sole discretion of Council.

Tenderers are to complete and return the "Tender Schedules" ensuring they address the key criteria as follows;
* Economic Contribution to the Geelong Region
* Price
* Quality Systems
* Methodology for performing service
* Capability and experience of company in the last 3 years

A specification is attached for downloading to assist tenderers.

Council will not accept late tenders.
