Tender Description
Tenders are invited from design consultants to undertake the detailed design and all associated works to ensure constructability of a signalised roundabout at Aerodrome Road, Maroochydore.
The intersection is required to provide road access into the new Maroochydore City Centre (formerly the Horton Park Golf Club), along with allowance for pedestrian, cycle and public transport (light rail and bus).
Council encourages joint ventures, the use of local knowledge and global experience to first and foremost design an intersection which ensures traffic, pedestrian, and cyclist functionality is achieved, whilst still delivering an urban gateway experience into the new City Centre.
