Infield Irrigation Systems (Supply, Construction & Commissioning) Four (4) Locations

⁠⁠⁠The City of Cockburn (the Principal) is seeking suitably experienced and reliable supplier to deliver the supply, construction and commissioning of new (automatic) Irrigation Systems at the following four (4) locations:

1. Murdoch Chase (North Lake);
2. CY O'Connor (Reserve Coogee);
3. Ronsard Reserve (Yangebup); and
4. Glen Mia Park (South Lake).

The works form part of the Principals water conservation strategy and asset replacement programme in renewals of inefficient irrigation systems.

The successful tenderer will be able to demonstrate sound performance in the supply, construction and commissioning of irrigation systems and ability to achieve predetermined timeframes.

The scope of works includes, but is not limited to:

(a) Obtaining approvals from all authorities and service providers;
(b) Supply of materials
(c) Installation and associated works; and
(d) 'As Constructed' Documentation.

It is the Principal's expectation that the Contract shall be awarded in late January 2016 and work shall commence immediately upon appointment; with an estimated total supply and construction period of six (6) weeks per site.

1. Security Bank Guarantees: the successful Contractor shall be required to provide Bank Guarantees refer to Clause 7.39 of the Special Conditions of Contracts for details.
