Tender Description
Bayside City Council has a requirement for a suitably experienced and qualified Consultant to prepare a Feasibility Study for the installation of photovoltaic systems (PVs) and solar hot water (SHW) units on 47 selected Bayside City Council owned facilities (Council operated and leased) and, where facilities are deemed feasible for solar:
* Develop detailed design for Council operated and leased facilities.
* Develop a suggested list of alternative financing mechanisms for Council leased facilities.
Whilst knowledge of solar installation is essential, it is not an RFQ for the installation of solar.
