Tender Description
Pittwater Council invites Tenders for upgrading of MacPherson and Garden Streets at Warriewood. The period envisaged for construction is approximately nineteen weeks.

The successful Tenderer is to provide the construction of the works at MacPherson St and Garden St in accordance with the requirements of this Tender including the Specification (at Part G of Tender Documents) encompassing but not limited to the following:
1. Site establishment including survey and set-out, notice boards, site office, site facilities, plant on site etc.
2. Site Management including site fencing, environmental protection and sediment and erosion control.
3. Identification and protection of any existing services.
4. Site Work Health & Safety management for all sub-contractors and site personnel in accordance with Work Cover regulations and procedures.
5. Traffic control and pedestrian management.
6. Co-operation and coordination with all sub-contractors, service authorities, and other such parties as required for satisfactory completion of the works including but not limited to drainage, kerb and gutter, earthworks, asphalting, road furniture, concreting, landscaping and asphalting.
7. Supply of all materials and construction of the works as specified.
8. Engagement of an ASP1 for the completion, handover and finalisation of all AusGrid works
9. Site disestablishment including removal of equipment, site office, site facilities and plant on site and "Make Good".
10. Certification of the construction of works by a suitably qualified Engineer.
11. Reporting, "As Built Documentation" including Works as Executed Drawings, and surveys as required by the Specification.
