Tender Description
In accordance with the Treasurer’s Instructions (TI) 954 - Revaluation of Non-Current Physical Assets, WA Health is required to revalue land and building assets periodically on a fair value basis.
The valuation must be prepared in accordance with Australian Accounting Standards Board (AASB) 116 - Property, Plant and Equipment and AASB 13 - Fair Value Measurement[1].
