Parramatta City Council is seeking to establish a Financial Services panel capable of providing strategic financial management services to assist Council in reviewing and developing policies and strategies (including specific project analysis). Specific advice will be required in relation to:
* Investment Portfolio currently $240m
* Loan Portfolio currently $80m
* Leasing
* Bank transactional services and technology
* Other specific Financial Project analysis as needed
