Expression of Interest Invited Provision of Dental Services

⁠⁠⁠Macedon Ranges Health (MRH) is an Independent, not for profit provider of high quality Primary Health Care, Home Care and Aged Care services.

In March 2015, MRH opened the new $6M “Macedon Ranges Health Centre” in Gisborne, approximately 55km from Melbourne. The new centre is a spectacular community hub which currently provides a 7 suite GP clinic, pharmacy, pathology, café, community health programs and an extended range of allied health services. Specialist medical services and medical imaging will also commence onsite in 2016.

MRH invited Expression of Interest (EOI) for the provision of dental services at the “Macedon Ranges Health Centre” located at 5 Neal St. Gisborne.

Up to 320 square metres of space is available in this busy, thriving health hub to support the delivery of high quality dental services.

With a catchment of 45,000 people the Macedon Ranges is experiencing significant population growth which will create enormous opportunities for potential dental services providers.

It is expected that the dental service will be operated on a commercial basis from leasehold premises.

Applicants should be able to demonstrate a history of successful dental service and business operations.

No compensation will be available for costs incurred by an applicant should they be unsuccessful or should the EOI not proceed.
