Tender Description
Tenders are invited and will be received by Council up to 2.00 pm on Friday 22 January 2016 (at the Tender Box) for:
Council seeks to engage a suitable and experienced consultant to scope, develop, and deliver a Landfill Whole of Life Operational Master & Closure Plan for the Summerhill Waste Management Centre.

Responsibility for lodgement of completed tender documents by the deadline lies solely with the Tenderer. Tender lodgement information is provided in the tender document. Council is not bound to accept the lowest tender or any tender submitted.
There will be no mandatory pre-tender meeting for this Tender. Council may facilitate individual pre-tender meetings subject to demand (otherwise one non mandatory meeting will be held). Tenderers should contact Tony Kiernan at tkiernan@ncc.nsw.gov.au to arrange a time for a meeting. Council have allocated two days for the individual site meetings. These days are as below:

* Thursday 17 December 2015
Tenderers can use this site meeting to request additional information or clarity, however, all discussions/responses/clarifications will be posted on TenderLink for all tenderers to access.
The meetings will be located at the Administration Building, Summerhill Waste Management Centre, 141 Minmi Road, Wallsend NSW 2287. Attendance is at the tenderer's expense. Attendees must have their own PPE to undertake a tour of the site.
