The Mornington Peninsula Shire’s Meals on Wheels (MOW) service seeks to develop a partnership with its suppliers for the provision of goods and services. The Meals on Wheels service is run by an in-house team of Council employees and volunteers.

The supply and delivery shall allow Council to obtain goods for the use in the service in accordance with best value practices.
