⁠⁠⁠Rectification of Building Non -compliance to 3 residences at Hervey Bay. Reference 53839, 52339, 52221 - 52 Winchelsea St, 74 Rowley Road and 28 Emerald Park Way (Units 1 & 2).

Mandatory

1. Licensing Requirements
The Tenderer shall have a current Queensland Builders License (Open, Medium Rise and Low Rise accepted) in the individual/company offer name. Successful Offerors will also be required to be registered with Building & Asset Services before carrying out works. All sub contractors will be required to be licensed where applicable trade requires.

A failure by a Tenderer to satisfy the above mandatory requirement(s) may result in the Principal declining to accept the Tenderer's Tender.
