Lawns and Garden Maintenance

⁠⁠⁠HealthShare NSW, on behalf of the Central Coast Local Health District, (CCLHD) invites tenders for the provision of Lawns and Garden Maintenance Services.

The CCLHD is required to maintain properties and sites managed by the CCLHD in the Gosford and Wyong areas to mitigate any risk to patients, visitors, staff and other workers.

The District is seeking to engage with a suitable Contractor with Horticulture qualifications, relevant experience and applicable insurances for the provision of lawns and garden maintenance for an initial three (3) year contract term with two (2) extension options of twelve (12) months each.
