Tender Description
Victoria Police is developing a new Police Station located on a greenfield site in the Melbourne suburb of Mernda. The new Mernda Police Station will provide a 24 hour service with the flexibility to provide policing resources and services that best meet local needs. The project will be delivered under a Design and Construct delivery mechanism.
Registrations of Interest are open to builders wishing to participate in this project who are pre-qualified on the Department of Treasury and Finance Construction Supplier Register under the category of building works above a value of $10 million.
