INPEX intends to engage the services of a Contractor to supply electrical condition monitoring services at the onshore and offshore facilities.

The scope includes, but is not limited to the provision of experienced service personnel, appropriate technical support, adequate materials, relevant PPE to deliver the following services:
* 6 monthly partial discharge testing of HV motors and generators fitted with capacitor couplers or Rogowski coils
* 4 yearly;
* tan delta testing of HV motors not fitted with partial discharge sensors
* insulation resistance and polarisation index testing of HV motors and generators
* partial discharge testing of 6.6kV, 11kV, 33kV, 132kV switchboards
* 1 yearly;
* transformer oil sampling
* transformer thermographic survey
* partial discharge testing of transformers
* thermographic survey of 230V distribution boards and 400V, 690V, 6.6kV, 11kV, 33kV, 132kV switchboards
* partial discharge and tan delta testing of critical 6.6kV, 11kV, 33kV, 132kV underground cables
* Supply of analysis reports from the above testing
* Supply of tools and test equipment
* Provision of field service technicians
* Provision of engineering support
* Provision of internet based electrical asset management tool
* Supply of spare parts and consumables as required
* Supply training as required
