You are invited to submit an expression of interest to provide cleaning services to the James Cook University's Townsville Campus.
This Expression of Interest (EOI) is the first stage of a two stage process comprising of EOI, and Request for Tender (RFT). Shortlisted proponents formally notified in writing will be invited to participate in 2 stages.
Significant cleaning requirements exist for the Townsville campus. Cleaning is currently undertaken by an external contractor for an area of approximately 150,000 square metres. The current contract expires mid 2016 and tenders will be called to ensure a new 3 year contract is put in place with additional 2 options, each of up to 12 months.
