Tender Description
Great Lakes Council is seeking suitably qualified Proponents interested in being involved as a private sector participant in the Civic Precinct Project located at Forster on the Mid North Coast of New South Wales. It is proposed the project comprise:
* The design, construction and financing of Council's Works at no cost to Council; and
* The design, construction and financing of Developer's Works.
