Invitation to Supply Data Entry and Mail Opening Services for the Registry of Births, Deaths and Marriages

⁠⁠⁠The Registry requires the provision of:

* Mail receipt
* Mail opening of Birth Registration Statements (approx. 75,000 per year), Notice of Intended Marriage and Certificate of Marriage (approx. 30,000 per year); and
* Key data entry and imaging services in relation to information contained in the following forms:
  * Births registration statements (approx. 75,000 per year)
  * Deaths registration statements (approx. 1,500 per year)
  * Medical certificate cause of death (approx. 18,000 per year)
  * Notice of Intended Marriage and Certificate of Marriage (approx. 30,000 per year)
  * Hospital Notifications (approx. 2,000 per year)
  * Change of Name Registrations (approx. 11,000 per year)
* Processing credit card payments directly with the departments bank currently Westpac.
* The secure movement of these documents between the successful contractor and the Registry and any other party; and
* The secure transfer and supply of the electronic file of the data entered and images.
