This tender is for Contract No. 2015-16/08 - Construction of Boggabri Caravan Park upgrade at Laidlaw Street, Boggabri.
The work includes the demolition and removal from site of the existing building structures and infrastructure (excluding the three new cabins), the staged construction of long and short stay areas; roadworks; drainage, kerb and gutter; earthworks; water services; sewerage, new buildings, lighting; electrical and communications services; fencing; hard and soft landscaping; traffic control; erosion and sediment controls; and irrigation systems. The contract includes all environmental, safety, quality and traffic management.
It is a Quality Assurance contract with method of payment being by Schedule of Rates. The Contract is to be completed within fourteen (14) weeks of the acceptance of the tender.
