Tender Description
Reconstruction and upgrade of seawall at East Lyne Park, Rose Bay. The extent of the work is described according to the type of wall as described in the drawings and specification. The type of walls are as follows:
1. Wall type 3 from CH0 to CH 34.5 (Drawing PA1077/MA/1101)
2. Wall Type 2 from CH 34.5 to CH50.75 (Drawing PA1077/MA/1101)
3. Wall Type 1 from CH72 onwards. Wall type 1 will be priced as a provisional item. The extent of wall replaced will be dependent on the price of the type 1 wall and the funds available
