Upgrade the Building Management Systems (BMS) for 8 buildings at Defence Science and Technology Group (DSTG) Fishermans Bend.
Numerous structures at DSTG Fishermans Bend have aging Building Management Systems (BMS) that are regularly malfunctioning and are no longer supported in both hardware and software.
This project requires the BMS for 8 buildings across the base be upgraded to a modern BMS system, including network infrastructure connections and compatibility with an existing modern BMS head-end computer, to enable centralised monitoring.
Includes replacement of BMS control panels, recommissioning of BMS controls, establishments of new communications network for BMS, and updating existing BMS head-end computer system to accommodate new BMS installations.
