Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced Tenderers for Gibson Ave / Louie Street Town Centre Improvement, Padstow.
A full description of the nature and extent of the services required by Council are set out in Section 3 of the attached Request. UBD map reference for the site is 271 N11.
Work in general comprises of rehabilitation of town centre at Gibson Avenue including asphalt work at car park and landscaping works.
