Redland City Council (RCC) invites you to submit an offer for tender T-1750-15/16-CII Aquatic Paradise Dredging Works.

The tender documents consist of:
* Section A

* Part 1 - Notice to Tenderers
* Part 2 - Conditions of Tender
* Part 3 - Technical Specification
* Part 4 - AS 2124 Conditions of Contract and Appendices

Note: Design Drawings are issued in .pdf format. However Design Drawings in AutoCad format will only be issued upon request.

* Section B

* Tender Deliverable Attachments and Schedule of Rates

Note: These documents are in MS word and Excel formats respectively (please note for security purposes, this document has been protected however allows access to the pertinent areas for completion). This format is suitable for standard Microsoft Office operating systems.

Please read the documentation carefully. To submit an offer, please fully complete:

* Tender Deliverable Attachments

and submit your tender by lodging it through RCC Tender Box (refer to ITT documents for details) on or before the tender closing date of 2.00pm on 27 January 2016.

Important Note:
There is an optional site inspection/industry briefing scheduled on 01 December 2015. The meeting will commence at 10:30am and the meeting place will be at Reception Area of Redland City Council, located at Corner Bloomfield and Middle Streets, Cleveland. It is anticipated that the meeting will last approximately for (4) hours.

Tenderers are advised the site meeting is optional. Submissions received from Contractors who have not attended the site meeting will be considered. Contractors are required to confirm attendance to the contact person named in Clause 5.1 of the Conditions of Tender no later than 12:00noon on 30 November 2015.
