Tender Description
Tenders are invited for bathroom renovation works at Donvale Indoor Sports Complex.
Works include:
* Demolition works – removal of all existing floor and wall coverings, fixtures and fittings, partitions and seating, as outlined on Demolition Plan; and
* Complete refurbishment of male and female change rooms, to ensure DDA compliance, new floor and wall coverings, partitions, fixtures and fittings, seating and alteration to entry door and layouts to provide adequate circulation space to comply with Australian Standard 1428.1, Design for Access and Mobility.
The lowest or any tender may not necessarily be accepted and any action or contact that may be considered as an attempt to influence a decision of Councillors or Staff shall disqualify the relevant tenderer. Faxed, emailed, hard copy tenders or verbal tenders will not be considered.
