Tender Description
The Works comprise of office fit-out works in two (2) nominated areas and such other work as shown on the drawings or included in the specification.
Premises will be occupied during the term of the Contract. The Contractor shall ensure that it causes minimal inconvenience and disturbance to the occupants.
