Supply of Detail Survey of Holdsworth Community Centre, Woollahra, to includ the following:
* Property boundaries
* Existing buildings, walls, fences, gates, structures and outdoor furniture
* All services including: drainage pits and connecting lines, electrical and water and sewerage services
* Fixed play equipment, shade canopies and perimeter of rubber softfall.
* Garden beds, trees both on property (height, canopy spread and trunk width at chest height) and in adjacent Council reserves.
* Provide digital copy in dwg format suitable for AutoCAD.
