The City of Albany invites tenders from suitably qualified organisations interested in the Construction of the Centennial Park Sporting Precinct, Eastern Precinct Football Stadium.
The development of the Eastern precinct of the Centennial Park upgrade includes the construction of a new Football Stadium featuring new function facilities, grandstand and change room block creating space for social inclusion and catering for future demand.
The vision statement for Centennial Park is ‘The Great Southern Centennial Park will be a pre-eminent facility in regional Western Australia, a gathering place for the local and regional community, a venue of choice for sporting events and festival celebrations and a place to be enjoyed by people of all ages and backgrounds.’
