Expressions of Interest to Lease their Mature Yarra Valley Vineyard on Scoresby Road, Boronia

⁠⁠⁠Lease Vineyard Knox City Council is seeking expressions of interest to lease their mature Yarra Valley Vineyard on Scoresby Road, Boronia. The vineyard is currently under professional management. It is proposed that the successful lessee will take over management of the vineyard from March 2016.

The key information about the vineyard is as follows: Approximately 30 years of age. Varieties are: Chardonnay (0.7 Ha), Cabernet Sauvignon (0.4 Ha), Cabernet Franc (0.2 Ha), Merlot and Shiraz (0.1 Ha each). Equipment sheds, hard stand area and building which was previously used for cellar door are included.

Expressions of interest are open from Tuesday, 17 November 2015 to Monday 14 December 2015.
