Grenville Oval Stage 1 RFQ - Services Relocation

⁠⁠⁠The Surf Coast Shire Council invites submissions from suitably qualified contractors for the relocation of existing water services at Banyul Warri Fields, Torquay.

The successful contractor will be required to prove and locate all services prior to realigning a 225 mm private recycled main as well as an 80 mm & 100mm water main as well as any other works included in the drawings and project brief.

Details of the scope of works are set out in the RFQ documentation.

Council requires the service relocation to complete by 24 December 2015.

Enquiries relating to this RFQ and/or the project should be posted on the Tenderlink forum.

Submissions must be completely uploaded into the electronic tender box by the closing time. Respondents will receive a Successful Submission Receipt timed and dated upon completion.

Submissions not complying with the requirements - for example, submissions submitted by Facsimile or email, will not be accepted.

It is the Respondent's responsibility to ensure that correct lodgement occurs. Submissions not conforming to these conditions may not be accepted, in the absolute discretion of Council.

Submissions are to be lodged no later than 3.00 pm on 27 November 2015.
