Tender Description
Tenders are invited for Extensions to and Refurbishment of existing Neighbourhood House including external works and services, in Midway Point.
Tenders should be in a sealed envelope clearly marked “Tender for Neighbourhood House Pittwater” and must be deposited in the Tender Box at the Sorell Council Offices, 47 Cole Street (Mailing Address: PO Box 126 Sorell Tas 7172, Sorell), prior to the closing date. Tenders submitted by other electronic means will not be accepted.
Tenders will be accepted up until Tuesday, 1st December 2015 at 2.00pm. The lowest (nor any) tender may not necessarily be accepted.
