The Arch Brown Reserve Tennis Pavilion is a building of 120m2 and was constructed in 1978. The project contract includes extension works (adding approximately 75m2) and alterations to the existing building to provide additional club room space, the provision of accessible amenities, storage room and reconfiguring / refurbish the existing kitchen & toilet / shower amenity areas.

Please note that the completed Tender Form and Pricing Schedule must be lodged separately in addition to the remainder of your submission. Please do not attempt to embed these documents into the rest of your response. If the Tender Form and Pricing Schedule are not received as part of your electronic submission, your tender submission will be deemed to be non-conforming.

Please also note a Site Inspection will be held on Tuesday, 24 November 2015 at 10.00am.
