Tender Description
Council is proposing to deliver, or facilitate the delivery of, the Riverina Intermodal Freight and Logistics (RiFL) Hub Program. The RiFL Hub Program involves the construction of new major rail and road infrastructure and a freight terminal on 95 hectares of land at Bomen, Wagga Wagga.
The RiFL Hub Program is also likely to include the development of an agricultural bulk goods facility (grain terminal) and is intended to be a key driver to the growth of the region. It is proposed to develop the RiFL Hub Program in two stages, Stage One and Stage Two.
Council now wishes to engage a consultant (Project Manager) to provide particular project management services (Services) to Council in relation to Stage One, and at Council's election, Stage Two, under a contract based on an amended form of AS4915 General Conditions of Contract.
