ABOUT ARTC: Australian Rail Track Corporation (ARTC) plays a critical role in the transport supply chain and in the overall economic development of Australia. We manage and operate over 8500 kilometres of standard gauge track in New South Wales, Victoria, South Australia, Western Australia and Queensland, making us one of Australia's largest rail network owners. ARTC places strong emphasis on safety management that will encompass supplier's materials and services, systems and procedures. Under the ARTC Work Health and Safety (WHS) Policy, the health and safety of employees, contractors, visitors and customers is a primary concern to the Corporation. The provision of the Products forms part of this policy.

ABOUT THE EOI: Expressions of Interest (EOI) are sought from suitably qualified organisations to provide supply of PPE, safety and office clothing to ARTC with an initial offer period of two (2) years.

Prospective Tenderers must meet the criteria set by the Conditions of Participation (COP).

ARTC will review all EOI submissions based on evaluation of COP and completed Appendix and will create a shortlist of Tenderers to receive the tender documentation as a part of a closed tender process.

SUBMISSIONS: Completed responses must be submitted via the electronic tender box Respondents will receive a Successful Submission Receipt timed and dated upon completion. CLOSING DATE AND TIME: EOI will close 1600hrs AEDST on 27 November 2015 and submissions must be fully received by this time. ARTC staff are unable to respond to verbal enquiries in relation to the proposal. Late, verbal or emailed proposals will not be accepted.
