Tender Description
Tenders are invited for construction of the first stage of the Heads Road LATM package of works.
The project has two parts and involves; (A) the reconstruction of the intersection Heads Road & Wattamolla Ridge intersection and (B) the widening of Heads Road in the vicinity of No.71 Heads Road, Donvale.
NOTE: Council has yet to determine if both parts (A + B) will proceed in this first stage. However, tenderers are asked to submit pricing for both A + B as part of the Request for Tender.
The works include: the reconstruction of some 570sqm of road pavement, construction of 100m of concrete kerb & channel, patterned concrete splitter islands, asphalted table drains, earthworks, some underground drainage, installation of retaining walls, driveway reconstruction, signage, line marking and other general civil works.
The lowest or any tender may not necessarily be accepted and any action or contact that may be considered as an attempt to influence a decision of Councillors or Staff shall disqualify the relevant tenderer. Faxed, emailed, hard copy tenders or verbal tenders will not be considered.
